All designated surfaces undergo professional preparation work (filling in cracks, plaster patching, sanding, stripping off old layers of paint, scraping, filling in dents, a primer/undercoat application, etc.).

The right number of paint coats is applied after ensuring that the pre-prepared surfaces are completely dry (drying time between coats also applies)
All your furniture, pictures, mirrors are moved back to their original place and your premises get a general clean.
